Privacy and personal data (KVKK)
We do not keep voice recordings.
Your child's voice is not recorded, not sent to our servers and not stored. Personal data is processed under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, No. 6698), only as far as the app needs to work.
No voice recordings
Speech recognition runs through Apple's speech recognition service, on the device whenever possible. No audio file is created and none reaches us.
Reading results only
What reaches our server: reading time, accuracy, speed and tricky words, used for parent and teacher tracking.
Minimal data, parent in charge
The parent opens the account. For a child we keep only a name, an avatar and an optional birth year; we never ask a child for an email or phone number.
Right to delete
You can permanently delete your account and all reading history from inside the app. Accounts unused for two years are deleted automatically.

What age is BloomUp Kids Reads for?
It is designed for children of roughly 5–10 who are learning to read or building reading fluency.
Which languages can kids read in?
Kids can read books in English and Turkish. The app itself is in English and Turkish, and the reading language is chosen separately for each child.
Is there an Android version?
BloomUp Kids Reads is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store today. An Android version is coming soon.
How can schools use it?

Are voice recordings stored?
No. Your child's voice is not recorded, not sent to our servers and not stored by us. Speech recognition runs through Apple's speech recognition service, on the device whenever possible; we only receive reading results (time, accuracy, tricky words).
